Eelven (“we”, “us”) is a website design and digital studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For anything about your data, email us at eelventech@gmail.com.

When you contact us: the details you choose to send through our contact form, email or WhatsApp — usually your name, email address, company, budget, the services you're interested in and your message. With a form enquiry we also receive how you found us: your answer to “How did you find the board?”, the page you first visited, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link, and your browser's time zone and language. We don't use cookies for this.

When you browse: if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) collects anonymous usage information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and how you arrived. We don't use advertising or remarketing cookies.

We use your contact details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and improve the website. We never sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.

Visitors from the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland see a cookie banner, and analytics cookies stay off unless you accept. Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on by default. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time.

Contact form enquiries are stored in our Google account (Google Sheets and Gmail) or, as a backup, delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Analytics are processed by Google. Both may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Our website is hosted by Vercel.

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client project records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting requirements.

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email eelventech@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
