Working together FAQ
Is it safe to work with a web studio based in India?
It can be, if you check the right things: a real portfolio, references, clear contracts, NDA and IP terms, and how they communicate before you pay. We put all of ours in writing — and we wrote a full, honest guide on what to check, even if you never hire us.
What hours does Eelven work?
Our core hours are 10:00–19:00 IST (India time). That overlaps with the morning in London, Amsterdam and Oslo, and with the afternoon across Australia, from Perth to Sydney.
Which tools do you use to communicate?
Whatever you already use. Email, WhatsApp, Slack, Google Meet or Zoom for calls, and your project tool if you have one. Weekly updates are written, so nothing gets lost in a call.
Who owns the work when the project ends?
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the design, code, content and intellectual property are yours, and we hand over every file and login.
